I have forgotten my password, how do I reset?

Please click "Login" (top right on the home page), "Forgotten your password", enter your e-mail address and then click the "Request Password" button.

 

Delivery FAQs

How do I chase up a delivery?

Please go to "Contact Us" and on the form select "Existing Order (Delivery)", fill out the other fields and click "Send Enquiry", someone will get back to you within 2 hours (within working hours).

 

How do I change an order?

Unfortunately once you have submitted your order it is printed off immediately for processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

What are your shipping costs?

All orders over £45 are shipped via standard carriage free of charge unless there is a big and bulky item or it is the a remote area and for orders under £30 there is a £4:95 charge. For full details including the premium delivery methods please view our delivery page.

 

What are your shipping areas?

We ship to all areas of the UK (including Northern Ireland) subject to any limitations of the carriers used.

Return FAQs

How do I return an unwanted item?

If you need to return an item you need to first contact us to process the request, please go to "Contact Us" and on the form select "Return An Item", fill out the other fields and click "Send Enquiry", someone will get back to you as soon as possible (within working hours).

 

What happens if I want to return a faulty item or an item that has been damaged during delivery?

You need to contact us to process the request (within 24 hours if it has been damaged in transit), please go to "Contact Us" and on the form select "Return An Item", fill out the other fields specifying the nature of the fault and click "Send Enquiry", someone will get back to you as soon as possible (within working hours).
