The CEGO Surelock Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Centre Case has a 35mm backset with 92mm and 70mm centres. It is a twin spindle centre case with a 234mm case height and a 47mm case width.
The Cego Surelock centre case is a lever-operated unit featuring a latch and deadbolt configuration. It is designed to replace the original gearbox in full-length Surelock multipoint systems where only the centre case has failed.
Identification
This lock unusually has the Euro cut-out positioned between the latch and the deadbolt.
Handing
The latch can be reversed by unscrewing the cover plate, removing the Y-shaped plate, and lifting the latch retaining spring. Once reversed, reassemble the lock in the reverse order.
Operation
Locking Method – A: Lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms, then turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, turn the key one full turn and push the lever down.
