The Briton 5710 DIN Standard Euro Profile Deadlock Case is designed for doors without lever furniture where cylinder-operated locking is required. Suitable for commercial and architectural door applications, it features a 60mm backset, 72mm centres and a 20mm single throw bolt operated by a euro profile cylinder.
The lockcase features a galvanised steel construction with satin nickel plating for corrosion resistance, along with bolt-through fixing holes to DIN 18251. It is reversible for flexible fitting and is available with a grade 316 stainless steel single piece round or square forend. These products are suitable for use on FD30 and FD60 fire doors, to achieve the fire rating these digital locks must be fitted with the appropriate intumescent pack, if fitted to a fire door, a suitable door closer must also be installed.
