The panic bar has nylon brushes for a silent operation and heavy duty lever springs for ensured durability. The internal mechanism is manufactured from stainless and plated steel, with concealed fixings for an aesthetically appealing appearance. It has 8.5mm diameter steel operating rods with a 16mm bolt throw - the bolt length is adjustable to ensure correct alignment.
