ASEC Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Modular Repair Lock Centre Case (UPVC Door)

The ASEC Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Modular Repair Lock Centre Case for UPVC doors has a 28mm, 30mm or 40mm backset with 92mm centres. It is a single or split spindle latch and deadbolt centre case with a 195mm or 202mm case height, 43mm, 45mm or 55mm case width, and a 16mm faceplate width.

This ASEC modular centre case is designed as a universal repair solution for multipoint locks fitted to UPVC doors. Featuring a latch and deadbolt centre case, it allows for quick replacement without the need to remove the full locking strip.


Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw.

Operation
Locking Method – A: Lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms, then turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, turn the key one full turn and push the lever down.

Notes
It is ideally suited for use on UPVC and composite doors.
