Locking Mechanisms
UPVC multipoint locking mechanisms for windows are commonly referred to as espagnolette rods. They are a popular choice for casement style windows and must be fitted with specially designed window furniture to suit this locking mechanism.
Espagnolette locking mechanisms are usually fitted to a casement window in conjunction with a friction stay which gives the user greater control when positioning the window in the open or closed position.
