What is “Standard Delivery”?
We usually send orders under 24Kg on a carrier, it is usually a 1-2 day delivery service. Heavier or oddly shaped products, small light orders and orders to remote areas can take 3-5 days.
My item is very heavy, where will it be delivered?
All shipping is calculated for “delivery to curb”, i.e. to the front door of the building. If it is a heavy item such as a safe please contact us before placing the order to enquire as to the other delivery methods available.
I wasn’t in when the carrier tried to deliver.
The carrier should have left a card, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a redelivery or to collect the consignment in person.
It couldn’t be easier, simply click "Login" (top right on the home page), "Forgotten your password", enter your e-mail address and then click the "Request Password" button. A temporary password will then be sent to the registered e-mail address.
I have changed my mind and no longer require the item.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a product you no longer need, simply return it to us in the same condition it arrived and we will happily refund you to cost of the product however will not be able to refund the cost of the shipping.
The product arrived but is faulty
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a collection, inspection and if applicable a full refund including all carriage charges.
