I can’t find the right product?
There are several ways to search the Next Day Locks Site:-
  1. Use the search function at the top of the page, remember that the less you type the cleaner the results will be.
  2. If you have searched for something and have a lot of results you can tick the attributes on the left hand side of the page and it will refine your results.
  3. If searching isn’t helping please select the categories you are interested from the top drop down menu.
  4. If you are still having problems we are here to help, send us an Enquiry or give us a Call.
I have placed my order but want to make a change to it.
Unfortunately once the order has been completed it is unable to be changed.
My order has not arrived, how can I chase it up?
Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page selecting “Existing Order (Delivery)” from the drop down and someone will get back to you.
What is “Standard Delivery”?
We usually send orders under 24Kg on a carrier, it is usually a 1-2 day delivery service. Heavier or oddly shaped products, small light orders and orders to remote areas can take 3-5 days.
My item is very heavy, where will it be delivered?
All shipping is calculated for “delivery to curb”, i.e. to the front door of the building. If it is a heavy item such as a safe please contact us before placing the order to enquire as to the other delivery methods available.
I wasn’t in when the carrier tried to deliver.
The carrier should have left a card, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a redelivery or to collect the consignment in person.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
It couldn’t be easier, simply click "Login" (top right on the home page), "Forgotten your password", enter your e-mail address and then click the "Request Password" button. A temporary password will then be sent to the registered e-mail address.
What payment methods are accepted?
We are using the trusted PayPal gateway, this means that you can either pay with your PayPal account or you can pay directly with your card.
I don’t have a PayPal Account.
This is no problem, you can securely pay in PayPal using your card as a guest with no need to create or access a PayPal account.
I have changed my mind and no longer require the item.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a product you no longer need, simply return it to us in the same condition it arrived and we will happily refund you to cost of the product however will not be able to refund the cost of the shipping.
The product arrived but is faulty
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a collection, inspection and if applicable a full refund including all carriage charges.
